Now, what is UHT ? Ultra-High-Temperature treatment is a food processing technology that sterilized liquid milk, by heating it above 135 degree Celsius for 3 to 4 seconds thereby killing all the harmful bacteria while keeping the nutrition intact

This milk has a shelf life of six months and does not require refrigeration or boiling. Once opened, you can refrigerate up to 2 days.

Personally, I prefer Keventer Toned Milk to drink slightly warmed or in my tea or with Hot chocolate on a daily basis. It is a rich source of nutrients and fortified with Vitamin A & D; and more importantly, free of preservatives! One huge plus point is the 200ml ready to go pack.
